Whats the difference between meat and lean meat?

Meat is more of the fatty and more on saturated fat version. While lean meat is more of the meat and less fat- usually a better option for the dieters and healthy option food eaters. It is better to choose lean meat to avoid saturated fats and lessen cholesterol intake- depending on the diet of the person.

Meat is good when taken into moderation but it must be not more than twice a week. It is good to vary your meals either to get most of the nutrients that other food offers.

Unless we are talking Corned beef, never buy one without a good amount of fat on it, or it will be tough as leather when you cook it.
