How many units in gin and tonic?!

Question:

How many units in gin and tonic?

Answers:
A unit of alcohol is 10 ml of pure alcohol.

If the Gin is 40% of voluum and you have a drink with 25ml of Gin that will be one unit.

Adding the tonic willl make no difference the drink will still contain the same amount of alcohol.

Hope this helps.

One part gin to three parts tonic.

a single measure 2

It depends how much gin you put in! If you use a standard (English) pub optic measure, a single will equal one unit. As there's no alcohol in the tonic, there aren't any units...

A gin and tonic is a cocktail made with gin and tonic water, usually garnished with a slice of lime and/or lemon, served over ice. The ratio of gin to tonic water varies from equal amounts to one part gin for every three parts tonic.
