If presentation is important to you, how do you like to garnish your meals?


Answers:
i cant say i'm huge on garnishing, though i'd love to be :) but one thing i like doing is that when i serve rice i first put it in a small round bowl, gently press on it then turn it upside down and have this dome of rice on the main plate and then have some fresh cracked pepper on it and some italian parsley or for asian coriander instead of the parsley.

Garnish is best using fresh herbs and spices like red chilli, lemon slices, freshly chopped parsely, basil etc.
they enhance the taste as well.

My preference is fresh herbs if I used them in the dish itself.
