Pavlova or ANZACs!
For a savoury one I like meat pies, steak with mushy peas is my fave. That's NOT a common mainstream food- generally truckies and labourers are the only ones who abide by that Aussie tradition! Pea floaters are another good one, but you can't get a decent pea floater outside of South Australia!
