what is your favorite food mexican in general?!

Question: What is your favorite food mexican in general?
my favorite food mexican is: the mole , the tacos, the quesadillas, etc.

Answers:

I'm with you...mole' rules! I would love to travel to Oaxaca one day to the birthplace of this sauce and try all the variations. I also love the little tacos (variety of: al pastor, asada, carnitas, chorizo) with the mixture of onion, lime juice & cilantro on top. Occasionally, I get really traditional with a bowl of menudo. Some folks like it and some don't. I grew up with it so I like it if it's done right. And finally, how incredible are perfectly steamed tamales...esp. pork and red chile!

By food mexican do you mean Mexican food? Mine are mole poblano, mole *****, chocholuco ( a kind of tamál), tamál oaxaque?o, chile en nogada, chilaquiles and my wife's calabazas a la mexicana and her pollo encacahuatado.

I live and eat in Mexico.

Breakfast: Wevos con chorizo. Lunch: Tacos de asada with beans and rice. Dinner: Steak or chicken burrito w/chips and salsa. All of this goes great with a nice cold cup of horchata. :D Happy Eating!-Zero

My wife makes the best carnitas tacos ever. Last night she made carnitas con chile verde...my mouth is watering just thinking about it. She used all organic meat and vegetables and it came out really good.
