Answers:

OMG ..You have a lot more ingredients than I have in my kitchen ..With these you can do a variety of recipes ..I can suggest what you can do and you can checkout youtube or any food blogs to see how to cook ..

Since you have chickpeas - you can do falafel balls ..where you basically soak chick peas and grind them with the spices and make balls and fry in oil ..

Wheat flour - Make chapathis/roti - Indian version of the bread ..
With basmati rice - you can make biriyani - you can make your own version by adding rice /garam masala /cumin etc and cook the rice .. 1 cup of rice with 2 cups of water

I would put the dried cherries in yogurt and have as a snack

With Urad dal - Usually we make 'Vadas' - Soak Urad dal for 1/2 hr and add chilli powder /salt and grind to a thick paste .. pour this in oil and fry ..similar to falafel

You can make a easy version of chocolate cake with cocoa, flour, egg and sugar ( not sure if you have some )

..Mix and match and you can create sooo many recipes from what u have

To the greek yogurt you can add dried cherries, bittersweet choco, and flx seeds for a snack.

Hummus: Chickpeas, cumin, lemon juice, garlic, and some hot pepper spice or jalapenos. Blend them all. http://allrecipes.com//Recipe/easy-hummu…

Baked Beans: Rinse and clean the beans. Add to a pot of hot water, cook until beans are soft. Spice with cumin, coriander, and garlic. Add some onions, tomato, and chile spice.

For the salmon you can probably make some kind of salad with it.

Deep Fried Tofu: You can also spice the greek yogurt with garam masala (as a marinade) and add the tofu. Heat some oil up and fry. Make the urad dal and serve as a side dish.
