What is the most popular chinese noodle?

i just wondering what is the popular Asian noodle in noodle bar or general people like? Example like Season combination with egg noodle, hokkien mee, Malay satay chicken with egg noodle, singogare fried noodle? Pad Thai rice noodle? etc.....................


Answers:
There is a huge variety of noodles all over Asia, every country and every region have different favorites.

In China where noodles originated from there is an unlimited variety of noodles.

Wonton Noodles are popular in Southern China. Simple clear broth, thin chewy noodles and bug delicious wonton dumplings.

Dandan Noodles are popular in SouthWestern China. Thin soft noodles in a very spicy sesame sauce.

LaRouNoodles are popular in Central China such as Shanghai. Noodles from this region have very firm noodles, lighter sweet flavored soup and a variety of toppings.

ZhaJian Noodles are popular in Beijing. Medium thickness noodles with a dark sauce filled with minced pork and Chinese spices.

JanPon Noodles are popular in Korea, noodles served in a extremely spicy seafood broth. The soup is dark red filled with chili peppers.

Ramen Noodles are hugely popular in Japan. There are a few dozen unique styles of ramen in Japan alone, some popular ones are miso flavored ramen, pork bone flavored ramen and shoyu flavored ramen.

In Vietnam Pho noodles is very popular. While noodles were introduced to Vietnam from China, the Pho noodle is an invention of Vietnam. Thin rice noodles in a clear flavorful beef broth.

In Thailand there is the Yentafo noodle, thin white rice noodles in a spicy sweet red soup, filled with tons of seafood toppings such as squid and fish balls.
