Question: Are there any Chinese dishes that use Turkey?

Answers:

Turkeys are native to America so I don't see many meals based on turkey in China due to that. Not all Chinese do not like turkey, I have several Chinese friends who live in America and will eat turkey sandwiches, roast, etc.

Unfortunately, no. Not that I know of. I think the reason being is because... there are no Turkey in China. (Seriously) They mainly cook with Chicken.

Not that I know of, Chinese people don't like turkey meat at all, not because China couldn't raise any turkeys.
