The potato dish is authentic, it's Potato Ragout. It's a filling meatless dish served with feta cheese and crusty bread for soaking up the sauce.
Lemon potatoes are also authentic.

I don't really know the recipe you refer too. Is "Mr.Greek" a show?
In Greece we cook potatoes in the oven with olive oil, oregano, pepper, a lot of lemon and maybe garlic. It is usually not just potatoes, but "lemonato" chicken with potatoes in the oven. (I add zucchini and mustard..)
In restaurants they cook the potatoes seperately (always with lemon), and are served as a side dish with a meat dish, or even served alone.

I've been told that what we call in Greece "patates fournou" (potatoes in the oven) it is actually called "Greek potatoes" abroad. Lemon, olive oil and oregano are the key ingredients.

About potatoes in tomato sauce, it could pass as Greek.
Of course, regular fried potatoes are popular in Greece. But many people fry them using olive oil. Especially when they are homemade.
