If you're talking about food then Graham is right. The name of the cake Tiramisù is a play on word. In Italian TIRAMI SU means pick me up/ wake me up/cheer me up.
I don't know if this sweet was called like this because it is so good it cheers you up and you can eat it when you're depressed, or because it is such a calory bomb that wakes you up (that is the meaning of TIRAMI SU, not the actual phisical action of picking someone up)

Well Tiramisu actually means, pick, or lift me up in Italian

drink plenty of expressos or cappuccinos???!!!
