Have you ever eaten a mouse or a rat?!

Question: Have you ever eaten a mouse or a rat?
I've been thinking about eating one lately. My cat likes a lot of the same foods I do - fish, chicken, dairy, so maybe a rat or mouse would taste good? Is there any place that sells them already processed so I don't have to clean it? Do you have recipes?

Answers:

Rat is one of the regular menu items in Thailand and Cambodia.

It is said that rats are very tasty. They have a softer texture than chicken and they do not taste gamey. They are also low in fat. They tasted like tender, low fat chicken.
