What is a Salmon Genette?!

Question:

What is a Salmon Genette?

My employer is organising a formal ball and Salmon Genettes are on the menu as a starter. My colleagues and I haven't got a clue what one is though. Any ideas????

Answers:
Genettes (pronounced Jenettes) are hard, atypically shaped, donut cousins.

So I would guess that a salmon genette is a fried donut with salmon and herbs in the dough.
