Ok I am not sure if your talking about hole bone in chicken or boneless parts like the breasts so I will just wing it. (LOL)

If you are still wanting to use the BBQ you can wrap the chicken in foil with butter or olive oil and all kinds of seasonings maybe some onion and then put the pouch right on the grill. Turning often to keep chicken coated in flavor. You can do the same thing with veggies or potatoes and now you have a meal.

In the oven you can put chicken pieces in a oven-able dish and sprinkle with any biscuit mix, seasoning and chunks of butter. Cover and bake till done. You might want to take the cover off at the end of cooking so it will get a little crunchy.

On the stove top brown chicken with butter or oil, season to taste add any rice-a-roni like mix (just prepare in pan around chicken) before you put the lid on to simmer add some veggies.

Not sure if you child will like this but my kids love it. Cook chopped up breast meat and onions in olive oil, salt and garlic to taste. At the end of cooking stir in fresh spinach till just wilted.

In the slow cooker cook chicken (works best with boneless) with cream of mushroom soup till falling apart top with pop biscuits and cook till biscuits are done. If you don't feel like biscuits you can add rice or noodles.

chicken dumplings

chicken nuggets
lemon pepper chicken
chicken meatballs

1 chicken breast,1 rash of bacon diced,1 300ml cream,1 tsp chicken stock,2 tsp parmeson cheese....cut chicken into bite sized pieces and cook along with the bacon in the cream once chicken is cooked through add stock and cheese and thicken with cornflour and water. combine with suitable amount of cooked penne pasta and if you wish add some sliced mushroom and baby spinach and heat through

Chicken with veggies....boneless meat, tossed in some olive oil with some chunky veggie pieces! Try some funky garnish like Montreal Chicken or Cajun.....man is it tasty or what and healthy!
