Even if a sauce has some alcohol in it, it will be to small of an amount to effect your Breathalyzer. Have you ever had a buzz after eating? :) Some mouth washes do contain enough alcohol in them to actually add a small percentage to a breathalyzer, but if you aren't drinking then you don't have to worry about it. And poohbear is wrong, it is actually better to take a breathalyzer right after drinking then to wait. The Breathalyzer detects alcohol in your system not the actual alcohol on your breath.

Soy sauce doesn't contain alcohol so it wouldn't cause you to fail a Breathalyzer test.

If you're asking about Asian food in general, some dishes do use sake or other forms of wine which, I guess, could cause you to fail Breathalyzer while not actually being drunk. But you'd have to take the test very shortly after eating.

no, soy sauce is nothing but fermented soy beans and some salt + water
