prata, chapati, or thosai? (indian cuisine)?!

Question: Prata, chapati, or thosai? (indian cuisine)?
prata is known to be a once-in-a-blue-moon food because of their high oil and calorie content, but how about chapati and thosai?

Indians eat it everyday chapathi is healthy i guess

Parantha(Prata) is made of whole wheat with oil. Chapati/roti is also made with whole wheat but without oil and is thinner than parantha.
Dosa/Dosai(thosai) is made of rice and black gram lentil and made with oil.
Parantha and Chapati is eaten mostly in northern part of India and Dosa is eaten in the southern part.
Parantha is mostly eaten for breakfast with a curry. Chapati/roti is eaten for lunch in some northern states and for dinner in most northern states with a curry.
Dosa is eaten for breakfast in southern India.
hope this helps :)

We eat Chapati every day.....I am a north Indian. In Southern India, Dosa (what you called as Thosai) is an every day food.
