What is yat?

i have a menu from a chinese restaurant and it says they have chicken, roast pork, beef and shrimp yat. Can someone please tell me what it is. i don't want to call and sound stupid for asking. thanks in advance for your help.

It a thick, light-colored wheat noodles served in hot broth or a sauce Yu Hsiang: a sweet, hot, spicy garlic sauce .

You can get with most any kind of meat.
