AGAR2 "strips" as what I usually buy to make my fruity jelly dessert , first needs to be soaked in water for at least 2 hours to get good results.
In a packet it is usually 20 grms pack. U place at least 3 pints water to boil until dissolve & U add one glass sugar, stirring all the time till dissolve. Dont forget to add some flavoring, (if U are in asia U add pandanus green flavouring or PANDAN) or some fruitty flavouring (leave it plain if coconut is used) .
Now add thick coconut milk , one small carton if box type is used which is about a glass full into this agar2 mixture stirring till well & evenly mixed & milky looking. DONT FORGET TO ADD QUARTER TEASPOON SALT.
U can add some chopped tiny bits of fresh coconut "flesh" just soon after U notice it is about to start bubbling,,,,then u turn off the fire.

Let cool a bit & pour into moulds or a large patterned mould for presentation to serve after some 4 hours at least or over night.
