I'm a Brazilian and I must tell you the truth: It depends on the Brazilian restaurant you go. They are usually a char broiled meat and some of them even serves the small parts of the chicken ...such as the heart, the livers, the thighs. But they serve all the good parts : breasts. They serve good parts of a cow, and other meat..pork, and others. I mostly like beef and chicken. But there several animals.
Besides the meat , you can eat a lot of vegetables, leaves (lettuce, spinach...etc) and lots of incredible desserts and ice cream. Be sure to try the condensed milk pudding. I've never had it here in the USA ..it's delicious. The only you pay extra is the drink.
Sorry about my english..it's not perfect! Good luck and enjoy it.
