A huge pot for Pho-soup, rice cooking pot, bbq grill for grillings, a few cutting boards for different uses, and the food come as you like to serve your customers. That's pretty basic with some of the kitchen. Oh, another thing is if you like the hot-pot soup, you might look into those on the table pot that cooks the soup when you bring it out.
