Help with my Mexican restaurant menu? (School project)?!

Question: Help with my Mexican restaurant menu? (School project)?
So in Computer class we have to create a menu for a restaurant. I chose to do a Mexican restaurant. I have to do breakfast, lunch and dinner, and I need at least 5 or more for each one ex: 5 for breakfast, 5 for lunch and 5 for dinner. Or I can have more if I wanted. Anyways, I need some food ideas. They have to be real Mexican foods, not made up ones. And I have to have a description under each one. Ex: I'll do the two I have under breakfast:
Breakfast Burrito:
Made with fresh eggs, chorizo (sausage), sour cream and cheese wrapped and vooked in a tortilla, you'll surely love this burrito!
Huevos Rancheros:
One of the many Mexican traditions at breakfast are Huevos Rancheros. They are eggs served on crispy tortillas with warmed salsa on top. Yum!

I don't need all 15 ideas, just some breakfast and dinner ideas, if you don't mind. I'm already going to do nachos, burritos, tacos, enchilada etc.

Dinner:
Carne Guasada A tender red meat in a light brown gravy seasoned with
comino,garlic and chili powder.
Chili Rellenos A aneheim pepper stuffed with meat and cheese, dip in a
spicy batter and deep fried.
Arros Pollo Chicken and rice
Carnitas Tender pork butt
Enchiladas Del Mar A shrimp enchilada made with a verde sauce top
queso.

Well, for lunch, I'd go with tacos, burritos, sopes, tostadas, and DEFINITELY TORTAS (they are sandwiches.)In fact, I'd go with tortas ahogadas. Beans and meat in a roll, then dipped in hot brothy sauce. (the whole sandwich dipped). (it means "drowned sandwiches")

For dinner, I'd so towards the stews:
Menudo
Pozole & Tamales (they are eaten together)
Birria (stewed goat)
Barbacoa (stewed lamb, usually with head meat.)
Caldo con Albondigas (broth with meatballs)

Husband from near Guadalajara. We cook authentic mexican every day.
