Why do spaghetti stick to walls?!

Question: Why do spaghetti stick to walls?
Please give me a more scientific answer cause this is a chemistry project and i cant find the answer to this dumb question anywhere!

Answers:

There is starch in pasta and that causes the pasta to stick to the wall. For example in restaurants the do not rinse pasta once cooked because once removed from the water and dropped in a marinara sauce the starch on the pasta allows for the sauce to adhere easily to the pasta.

It is because spaghetti has pasta, and pasta is made up with water and also spaghetti is cook with water too. Things that is wet with water will likely to stick to wall, for example spit ball.

does it???????
didnt know....... I didnt try, anyways, eversince I was small, Mummy told "no fooling around with food" so, sry, man, snt really know.
Gud question anyway, might try tonight, I here v have spaghetti 2night. :):):):);) LOL!

It doesn't. Throwing pasta against the wall as a test for doneness is an urban legend and is false.

Well, it will...eventually, but by then you'll have a pot of mush, and not spaghetti.

gluten in it is sticky becuz of the liquid
