Has my hummus gone bad?!
Last night I went to whole foods bought some food. I thought I put all of it away but it turns out I left my hummus in my bag over night. is it still ok to eat? it was never opened.

throw it out. Beans are a protein and spoil just like meat does when cooked.
They need to be handled just like meat.

I'm normally kind of a food safety nut, but in this case I'd think it would be OK. There's no dairy or meat in it.
