what is soy bean paste used for?!
I've really been interested in making and learning more about Asian or Indian food. I saw it at the store wanted to know what it was used for? I would like to know any recipes for it to. And any other Asian or Indian recipes. For the interesting things they have at Asian store.

You can do many things with miso(soy bean paste).
It is famous to make a soup, but also good with rice, chickens, egg plants, tofu etc.
