Add cocoa to it to make chocolate angel food cake, frost with bananas and whipped crea. YUMMY!
Eat it with strawberries and cool whip or with some ice cream. I love angel food cake by it self.
You could also layer it as follows

vanilla pudding
cool whip
strawberries
and keep repeating till done
