I need a simple and traditional Polish dish to make for a school project due Friday, help?!?!
I need to make a dish that represents my Polish ethnicity but I can't really find anything to make.
I don't have anything extensive in my kitchen, no deep fryers or anything to make anything fried.
It needs to feed about 40 people and I need to be able to bring it in to school on Friday.
Does anyone know of anything I could make?

Buy Echrich Polish sausage or Polska kielbasa , cut it up, mix with sauteed onions & green peppers , serve with pan fried potatoes, yummy -o!!!
