What dinners can I make with cooked ham?!

Question:

What dinners can I make with cooked ham?

I have a lot of fully cooked ham. What dinner dishes can I make with it. I'm getting tired of just sliced ham with veggies on the side. No breakfast recipes please.

Answers:
Chunk ham with pineapple and bell(green) pepper and serve over rice with a thickened pineapple teriyaki sauce.

roll up broccoli spears in thin slices, place in casserole, pour over cheese sauce and top with fried onions, bake

combine chopped ham and chopped caulifower, carrots and broccolli, wrap in flour tortillas and bake in a mushroom sauce, top with monterey jack cheese.
