If your dish is or can be watery, add some water, it will cut it. Bread crumbs can absorb it. Or if some cooked white rice could be added in, it would absorb some as well.

To reduce sourness add sugar to reduce bitterness add salt - there's not a lot you can do to reduce the lemon flavour
