When I worked with a Canadian Hotel chain in both Singapore and Japan, we had it on our first class dining rooms menu, in Malaysia and Indonesia, you would need to go to a Western based hotels with a European/French menu, not many Malay restaurants will touch it, and it must be made with either sirloin or tenderloin the be right.
