Are raisens good for me? What about them are good?!

Question:

Are raisens good for me? What about them are good?

I can eat them, though I don't rreally like them a lot, but I heard that they were good for me. Why are they good for me and what will they do besides make me use the bathroom regularly? What vitamines do they contain?

yes, raisins are good for you

they are a good source of iron which keeps your blood built up and helps avoid anemia

they are also a good source of fiber to keep your system clean

full of antioxidents

raisens have a lot of iron in them and will build up your blood.

Raisins provide a good Source of Fiber, that also means if you eat them with your daily Diet they keep you "Regular"

Raisins, dried grapes, are ok to eat but they do contain lots of sugar. They are a good source of iron. If possible, eat fresh fruit too. They are not the best thing to eat if you're following a weight loss diet. If eaten in moderation they are fine.

They are good for you, but make sure your dog (if you have one) doesn't get raisins or grapes. They can have a very bad reaction to them that could result in death. See the link below for more:

I think this highlights the way in which our physiology is different from animals'. Something that is good for us can actually kill them. :(

Congratulations on wanting to have healthier eating habits!!! :)
