Recipes for food with a "special" ingredient?

I would like to know some "special" dessert, or even regular food recipes that have a "special" ingredient. I already have the ingredient, so I don't need a source....got my drift?

If you're making brownies, the trick is to add your "extras" to the icing / topping. This is the same as with any "special" cake, the actual cakey bit wont cook so well if you don't stick to the recipe, but the sauce / topping / icing is fine.

Chilli is also awsome with an added bonus.

Um I've heard of "special" brownies, I don't suppose you do anything different than making regular brownies, just add your special ingredient I guess?
