Why do i always want sushi late at night?!

Me too. I think because it's light but satisfying.
Go to L.A. or New York they do have sushi bars that stay open 24 hours or until like 3 or 4 am.
Maybe because it's so lite and flavorful. As far as late night meals go, it would certainly be easy to go to bed after a meal of sushi. I'm a mid-day sushi lover myself.
Unless you live some place like NYC with a 24 hour population then it would be hard to find one open 24 hours. You can't keep the fish fresh 24 hours if almost nobody is buying it.
Why don't you learn how to make it yourself? I have a co-worker who took a class to learn how. (Quite frankly I don't find his to be that tasty but I'd never tell him lol.)
