i know it is like europe or rusia but where

Answers:

proby niger delta

just a gess

It's not form Europe or Russia. It's Arab ( mostly Lebanese, but many other Arabs will argue with that.LOL ) and it was invented in the middle east.
It started off as a peasant Shepherd's dish and this is the traditional way of making it similar to how I make it at home. IT has to contain Sumac which is a common Arab spice found at Middle Eastern markets, I love it's lemony sour taste and it has to be included in my opinion.

hamas is a terrorist organization in the middle east.

haha... Just joking. ;)

Humus is made from chic peas, and its origins are in the middle east or perhaps Egypt, but the exact location is pretty much unknown. It is a very old dish. There are a few countries that all claim to be the home land of humus (Lebanon is one, I believe), so its a little shaky to say exactly where.

The best is from Lebanon.
Archeologists have found ancient evidence from Israel to Turkey and Lebanon is in the middle.

So Lebanon is probably the place.

It dates back to Egypt. And it's made with chickpeas, olive oil, lemon, tahini(pureed sesame seeds), garlic and different herbs that depend on the region where the hummus is made.
