What should I do???

Learn to cook?
Actually it sounds more like that pizza thing is a threat to try to get your sisters in line. I doubt he wants to eat pizza every night so it's unlikely he'll follow through. At most it'll last a few days until he thinks they've got the message.
I can imagine more productive ways of dealing w/ the issue, but I don't believe that you are in a position to teach your parents parenting, so I won't waste your time w/ them. Keep your chin up, hon. They'll be on to some other drama soon and forget all about it. I'm glad you've got the computer and us to vent to.
Tell your sisters to stop their whining and get in the kitchen. Have them cook dinners instead. Give your parents a break and have no one to blame but themselves if the foods not good. If your sisters won't pitch in, have Mom only cook enough dinner for you three and the other two can feed / fend for themselves.
Hmm...I say, the parents start being parents. When my kids started giving me eating issues, I'd make them stay at the table until they were done, or until bed time. Eating dinner is never a problem anymore.
Order pizza.
