What type of wine to use in Souvlakia marinade?!
The recipe calls for 1 cup of wine but does not specify red, white, etc. What would be the best wine to use with a beef or pork souvlakia?

Red is best but you can use white as well depending on your tastes.
Grew up eating the stuff, now I cook it myself.
Red wines generally go getter with beef and pork than white wines, so red.
I would go for white wine
