Are there any Indian dishes that aren't spicy or are very mild?!

Traditionally korma dishes are very mild. Otherwise, it depends on the dish and how it's prepared, to be honest. Biryani may be mild (it's a rice dish, often with vegetables/meat). If you're looking for a particular type of dish (vegetarian/meat) I could give you more suggestions.
Generally if you're ordering at a restaurant they can give you guidance on their milder dishes. But if you're going to make dishes at home, it's very easy to control the heat level and still have very flavorful dishes!

My American friends in Indian restaurants find dishes like Chicken Saag ( chicken spinach ) to be mild .. Any dish with yogurt/cream will lessen the spicy effect ..
Idly/Dosa -coconut chutney, pongal , sambhar - All these are south Indian and all less spicier compared to other dishes
Chicken Tikka Masala - You can get it Medium (almost every indian dish should have the spicy, medium, mild choice)
Kurma, Pasanda, Butter chicken, Tandoori chicken/lamb Biryani (make or ask for the sauce to be mild), dhal. Many mild 'Indian' dishes are quite creamy
