i don't know.
i eat once a day and am very healthy.

your body actually learns to predict things (food, sleep, drugs).

just keep up a steady pace. figure out a schedule that is comfy for you and just stick with it. eat what u want, and wat is healthy.

if your doing these to lose weight ,its gonna BACK FIRE puts your body in starvation mode it wont release fat orburn it because there nothing coming in..it more small meals and alot of vegetables to your diet

A person's body burns calories continually. When you skip a meal your body responds by going into an energy saving mode. In this energy saving mode your body burns less calories. If you consistently skip meals your body will go into the energy saving mode quicker and stay in it longer.
Your body will also more readily take any additional energy and store it as fat while accustomed to being in energy saving mode.
You are better off eating more smaller meals throughout the day. This tells your body not to worry and lets it stay on high energy burning mode, while the small meals keep your total calorie intake down.

Your metabolism needs the energy from food, known as calories, to work. If you skip meals, your metabolism will go into starvation mode and store fat to prepare for your fast.

In addition to slowing metabolism, your body requires many large amounts of nutrients that can only be digested in certain amounts per sitting (e.g. calcium, protein, etc). In order to get them, you have to eat in periodic installments (I'd say at least three).

It slows down ur metabolism. Basically ur body starts to think its starving and starts to store as much food as it can.
