What can i cook quick and easy?

I have less then an hour when i get home from work before i have to go to school and i have to cook dinner for two and eat before i leave. what are some good, quick and easy recipies or meals that i can whip up?

This simple five ingredient recipe tastes so wonderfully fresh. It's ready in about 20 minutes.
INGREDIENTS:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 Tbsp. oil
2 cups frozen pepper and onion stir fry mixture
1/3 cup orange juice
2 Tbsp. lime or lemon juice
2 Tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. water
PREPARATION:
Cut chicken into 1" pieces. Heat oil in wok or heavy skillet. Add pepper and onion mixture and stir-fry until crisp tender. Remove from wok or skillet. Add chicken and stir-fry until no longer pink in center.

Add cooked vegetables, orange juice, lime juice, honey, salt and pepper to chicken. Stir fry for 2-4 minutes until mixture starts to bubble.
Combine cornstarch and water in small bowl, then add to skillet. Cook and stir over medium high heat until sauce boils and thickens. Serve over hot cooked rice or noodles. 4 servings

PREPARATION:
Prepare and heat grill. In small bowl, combine all ingredients except steak and mix well. Spread this mixture on both sides of steaks and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Grill beef on uncovered grill 4-6" above medium coals for 1 minute on each side to sear.

This simple sandwich can be made with any type of cheese. Gruyere is a rich and smooth type of Swiss cheese that is delicious with ham.

2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
8 slices cracked wheat or sourdough bread
4 (1/4" thick) slices deli smoked ham
4 slices Gruyere or Swiss cheese
1/2 cup roasted red pepper strips, drained
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves or fresh baby spinach leaves
2 Tbsp. butter
PREPARATION:
In small bowl combine mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese and mix well. Spread on one side of each piece of bread. Make sandwiches with the coated bread, Gruyere cheese, ham, the red pepper strips, and basil or baby spinach.

SOUP AND SANDWICHES

My suggestion would be to throw something into the slow cooker in the morning. That way, when you get home, you can just serve it up and eat instead of hurrying around trying to prepare something and then eat. Saves a lot of time and there are some awesome slow cooker recipes out there. Quick and easy (and tasty!).

or Nacho beef soup.
I work so I am all about quick and easy.

Try looking up some of Rachel Ray recipipies on foodnetwork.com 30 minute meals....they really are for the most part only 30 minutes!!

chop suey' its really fast and deliscious,
1st-cut to julian' 1 large or 2 small onions, and cut up some garlic in to small chunks.

2nd-brown chopp meat untill no pink is left, (if you weanted to you could season the meat with pepper, garlic powder, and meat tenderizer also a little parsley.
*throw in the already cooked onions and garlic mix with the meat let the flavors mix

3rd-sauttee half a stock of celery, untill soft but not mushy

4th- while you've been cooking everything else put on some boiling water, add 2 boxes of riggation pasta squares

5th- drain water from noodles, mix with meat mixture, celery, and add 3 small or (1 large) camblles tomato soup

6th- let tomatoes flavor cook off for about 1 min while stirring

7th***enjoy
this only takes lesss than 15 minutes to make

If you like Thai...
Then I would suggest you to make come Thai curry. Since I am a vegeterian, I know of a recipe that gets done in 10 minutes.
Get Thai curry Paste (Red, Masaman, Yellow, Green curry paste) from any Hong Kong Market / any asian stores/ walmart. Saute the veggies that you are planning to add in the dish to which add 1 can of coconut milk, let it boil for couple of minutes and then add the curry paste and let it boil for 4-5 minutes. For non-veg recipes just follow the recipe / procedure on the can. Garnish with some Thai Basil to get the authentic taste
Boil rice / noodles in the mean time and Ola...Thai Curry ready.
