Do you mean gyoza?

BEEF GYOZA
1 pound Ground Beef
1/2 cup Green Onions Chopped
3 cloves Garlic Diced
1/2 cup Chives Chopped
1 tablespoon Mirin
2 teaspoon Soy Sauce
2 teaspoon Teriyaki Sauce
1 pk Won Ton Wraps
1 large Egg Beaten
2 tablespoons Oil For Frying

Combine Ground Beef, Green Onions, Garlic, Chives, Mirin, Soy Sauce, and Teriyaki Sauce in a large bowl. Stir to combine well.

Place a spoonful of the beef mixture into each Won Ton Wrapper. Be sure not to fill too full. Use a brush, or you finger, to line two adjacent sides of the wrapper with the beaten egg.

Fold in half, making a triangle. Each side with egg should come together with a side that doesn't have egg.

Pan-Fry with 2 tablespoons of oil. Use either Sesame Oil, or Peanut Oil, depending on the flavor you prefer.
