Question: I'm looking for a recipe for a spicy white dipping sauce used at a few Mexican Restaurants.?

This dipping sauce comes to your table along with tortia chips and salsa. I can tell you it isn't a cheese white sauce, it looked like ranch, but did not taste like ranch, it had a serious kick. I am trying to find a recipe similar to it. If you know of the name, or how to make it, please let me know...Thanks in advance.

Hmmm, Idk is it more of white washed "fake" Mexican? I am Mexican and have never heard of anything like that.

at chuy's they will serve you a jalapeno rance that's pretty good. maybe thats it?
