Skippy - it's called kalbi.
I love kalbi too. My favorite dish is nang myun (sp?). It's a cold buckwheat noodle soup. I love kimchee as well. There are so many yummy dishes to choose from. =)

Kim Chee. of course. Although my step mother cooks some awesome beef ribs with a brown garlic sauce. not sure what it is called, I don't speak korean and she doesn't speak english
