Tex Mex vs. Regular chili seasoning?!

Question: Tex Mex vs. Regular chili seasoning?

I have a recipe for chili that calls for a packet of chili seasoning mix. However some reviewers suggested Tex Mex chili seasoning mix instead. Mccormicks makes both and I wanted to know what the difference is in the two?!
