COSTCO has good cuts of Pork chops. As far as marinating, etc., all you really need is salt and pepper or a dry BBQ Rub or season salt. Sprinkle a little bit on both sides and grill over medium heat for about 7 mins per side or until the juices are clear and there is no pink color to the pork. Remove from heat and cover loosely with foil and let them rest for a few mins. This will help them stay juicy when you cut into them. If you cut into them immediately after cooking, the juices will run all over the plate and the pork will be dry. Believe me , it does make a tremendous difference as far as taste is concerned. Hope this helps.

Yeah you can get ones that are already seasoned if you look in the frozen section. This is prob easiest, all you do is put some oil in a tray and place them in the tray in a pre heated oven for how ever long it tells you to cook for on the frozen box. You turn them over half way through cooking.
Option 2: Get fresh pork chops from a butcher and put some oil in a tray and place them in the tray and season them with garlic or whatever you like. Then cook them on a low oven light. Depending on how big they are they will take longer. You have to check them every half hour and turn em over and put a fork in them if the fork goes right through or cut one open and touch the middle to make sure they are pipping hot all the way through.
Pretty simple really. Once you know the basics be creative but them with spuds or veg.
One trick to keep the pork chops from drying out during cooking that many people like is to cover them with cream of mushroom soup. After cooking, get rid of the grease, and have some bits of "gravy" left over. When eating the pork chops, you can have applesauce to go with them. {Traditionally, pigs were butchered in the fall about the same time apples were picked, so ....} I like to lay thin slices of garlic on each chop (before the soup) for the extra flavor (for those who like garlic). Under these conditions I cook them for about 2 hours at 350*C. Betty Crocker or your butcher can tell you more.
P S It is relatively easy to find pre-marinated pork roasts at most supermarkets; and just cook in a glass pan in the stove as per the instructions. Potatoes are always a good side dish too.

Go to a meat market.
Ask for Pork chops or pork cutlets.
Buy some bread crumbs, a lemon, some thyme, grainy brown mustard, honey, and some balsamic vinegar.
In the bread crumbs add thyme and zest from the lemon.
Mix equal parts honey and mustard and add vinegar to thin the mixture out a bit.
Coat the chops in the honey/mustard mix and then coat with the bread crumb mixture.
Bake.
These are quite tasty...
pork chops should be cooked on low heat (opposite of beef) or else they tend to be rubbery. you could try squeezing lemon juice (along with a little salt&pepper) on them as you start them cooking.
