From what can I get a rich protein?!

Question:

From what can I get a rich protein?

I am in a special medical condition, that needs to eat lots of protein.

From what food, can I get a rich protein?

Answers:
Any legume will give you lots of protein and fiber, beans, chick peas (garbanzos), lentils, red beans (kidney), white beans, navy beans, etc...

You will also get lean protein from fish and chicken/turkey. Peanut butter or any other nut butter will also be good protein sources.

Check with a dietician for help.

Tuna and chicken are great sources of protein!

Fish meat is extremely high protein per calorie, but slower to digest.
Legumes provide "rich" proteins that are easier to digest but come at a typically higher calorie cost.
Sliced turkey/chicken is also extremely high protein, but loaded with sodium.
So, it depends on what your dietary preferences are.

(i tend to stick with valley farm's canned white meat chicken and chicken of the sea fish cups)

Naturally Occurring High Protein Foods:

Poultry (chicken & turkey),
Fish,
Meat (i.e. lamb, pork, beef, etc.),
Eggs
Dairy (cheese, milk, yogurt)
Beans
Nuts & Seeds

Hope I helped!

Fish is very high in protein. Eggs are high in protein as well. If your diet requires high amounts of protein you can also go to GNC or Vitamin World and take powder supplements.

Beans, meat, egg.

Try eating 2 boiled eggs for breakfast, chilli and chicken breast for lunch and steak for dinner
