There are a few brands that actually have no MSG in it. The Swiss company Nestle, has a brand of noodles call - Maggi. There is a newer range of noodles that has no MSG added to the soup mix. The other brand is Koka noodles. But, you should know that they have added extra sugar as a substitute to the MSG. So, either way, they're not really good for you. If you can, try making your own soup base and just use their noodles. Or you can even par boil the noodles in water and chuck the soup base and instead turn it into a stir fry by adding your own ingredients. This way, you will know exactly what extra you put in it.
