Question: Can someone explain the difference between Sari Sari and Pinacbet?

I hope I spelled it right........Anyways aren't they very similar or just the same dish done with a different touch between two different regions. I hope this make sense. Thanks in advance.

only the difference is the pinakbet has a preserved shrimp paste the sari sari don't have.
