For aggeess I havent really done anything for my birthday, but its my 21st coming up and I seriously cnt think of anything fun to do!!! PLEASE HELP WITH IDEAAASSSS!!! thanks :D

How about a cruise. They have bars and most of them have casinos. They may even have a club or two. Have fun on your 21st!!
Go to the strip joints with some friends. Then go out drinking all night and do some gambling.
Thats what I did on my 18th birthday and it was a good time.
Poker Party
Rectangle shapes can look like playing cards pretty easy. You can get a poker set at walmart or practly anywhere. If your good you could also make a little money.
maybe a concert and then ur place for a party??? or....just get ur friends to come over and drink till u've lost mobility. sounds like a good way to consecrate the moment. if u live near a beach maybe do a beach bonfire??? but dont get drunk at the beach, being drunk near the ocean is not a real good idea. other than that idk wat to tell ya. thats all i can think of.
