NO.
a calorie is a calorie it does not matter what food it comes from.
Carbohydrates at night will actually keep your body burning fuel and active throughout the night.
so where it may not be good for sleep it does nothing to weight gain. It may burn more more calories while at night though because it gives your body energy and keeps it working. & bagels are a very healthy food. no matter how many people tell you wrong. it makes me so annoyed when people tell me that. haha.

hope this helped(:

I work with nutritionists. & eat bagels daily whenever i crave them!, and I'm still a size 00 to prove everyone wrong. lol. (:

There's no rule about the time of day to eat bagels - eat one anytime you want.

Some people think that if you eat food at night it's turned directly into fat, but that's not true. If you eat more calories than you burn, then those calories are stored as fat regardless of what time of day you eat.

So if you're hungry and you're not trying to lose weight, go ahead and have that bagel.

Bagels have a lot of carbs, and since you will be sleeping, there will be nowhere for those carbs and fat and calories to go... so it is maybe a bit unhealthy! try something like an apple or a piece of bread maybe.

A bagel has the same calories content as 5 slices of white bread, so if your trying to watch your figure I wouldn't recommend it.

um.... if you are trying to lose weight then yes.

If not then eat what the hell you want, in fact I might go and get a bagel myself now.

No It just wrong to drink pop but eat bagels would be an alright thing for ur health
