I have a standard cheesecake recipe. How do I add a can of raspberry filling?!

Question:

I have a standard cheesecake recipe. How do I add a can of raspberry filling?

It's a solid kind of fruit and pastry filling, named "Solo".....It's for Father's Day and I really don't want to screw it up. Thanks!

Answers:
well you can add raspberry filling right into the recipe or you could just save the filling and put it on top.
you could also put 1/2 the batter in the pan, put a layer of the filling (like how youd frost a cake) and then put the rest of the batter on top of that. yum!
if u dont have a recipe for the filling check out this link!!

hope i helped and good luck, happy fathers day!

Top the cheese cake with the filling right before serving. Otherwise it will sink through and be ugly. You could also just spoon a little on the widest portion of a slice. Will be very pretty and not over powering.

spread the filling on top of cheesecake once it has cooled completely

Try this to make a swirl cheesecake:

In medium bowl, stir 1/3 of the batter into strained raspberry filling Mix well. Pour remaining batter into prepared pan; using spoon, drop the raspberry filling into the plain batter. With knife, swirl filling into batter.
