Good food to take to work for lunch?!

Question:

Good food to take to work for lunch?

Does anybody know any good ideas for lunches to take to work, I am so sick of sandwiches!
I also want to lose some weight so low calorie options would be best.
I don't get a lunch break so something quick and easy to eat.

Answers:
soup is great and healthy. you could take pasta but make sure you stick to the serving size. yogurt is great too! and salads- fruit or regular. just save the dressing for when ur ready to eat!
good luck hope i helped =D

Do you have a microwave at work? I take leftovers of healthy dinners I make at home.

I take these to lunch:
crackers with a cup soup
green salad with tuna
potato salad with egg
pitta with salad and tuna
pitta with feta cheese, cucumber and tomatoes
green salad with boiled beetroots
baked potatoes
boiled eggs in pitta
crackers with cheese and tomato

do like chicken salad wraps. Make your chicken salad however you like it (recipe I like below). Take a tortilla shell, some lettuce and chicken salad, roll it up.. Easy to eat on the go.

Chicken Salad

1 large can chicken breast drained (or leftover boneless skiness chicken shredded up)
2 tablespoons mayo
Seasoning (Mrs Dash Orginal and Table Blend or Lowery's 7 Seasoning)

Mix well. Yeilds 4 to 6 wraps.

Anytime Almonds
