Why is Chinese food so good?!?!

Question: Why is Chinese food so good?!?
Answers:

because it appeals to everyone's palate..delicioso

If you're talking about chinese takeout then it's because it's fried, has tons of fats, and nothing really too good for you. And i'm sorry but yes there is msg in it.
Chinese food chinese people eat is a whole lot different. If you live close to a chinatown I suggest you go eat at a legit chinese restaurant. My favorite dish of all time that I suggest to you that I think you'll like a lot are scallops in a deep fried taro bowl. Now I know I just suggested something fried, but only the taro bowl is. But believe me...the scallops are juicy and so tender. Without butter, they're creamy. There's just the right amount of salt and no msg I think. And the taro bowl that it's in is pretty good too, but by that time I already ate so much of the scallops I could care less about the taro.
If I have to generalize authentic Chinese cuisine, they're all about preserving the original taste of the ingredient and are big time lovers of seafood. Chinese seafood is awesome.

Personally I love vegetables in a variety, add seafood or meat doesn't matter but seafood to me is better, then I could even do without the rice or noodles, but anyway, maybe the bottom line is variety. The funny part is my husband says when you eat Chinese, it fills you but then an hour or later he's hungry again for the leftovers. To me, I'm full the first visit!

It just is. Let's not analyze it. The Chinese are a cooking culture and not every culture is.

Lots of salt, preprocessed foods, fried foods etc msg is a flavor enhancer which enhances the salt/sweet flavors.

It combines ancient wisdom about eating more vegetables than meat.

because there's fried rice, dumplings, spring rolls n noodles ^__^ yumminess

chinese food is nasty
